Release 12.14: updates and bug fixes

We want to make your user experience the best that it can be, so in Release 12.14, we have updated the Platform to better serve your needs. The update includes enhancements to SMS, the new Campaign Search page, as well as the Report Wizard.

SMS

For a better user experience with SMS, we have updated the Preset Messages. They are assigned to a Specific Sender Code and can then be tied to multiple keywords at once. But before using the Sender Code, there is a required pre-build for Preset Messages in the account that users will need to complete.

Additionally, this update while enable adding SMS information to the Subscriber Details page and include when exporting email subscriber lists.

updated report wizards

We are releasing Beta Report Wizards on the SAAS, which will help us test what sticks and give the users more control. Like the View Campaign page, the existing Report Wizard will be available for use until the end of the year.

bug fixes

Along with updates to the above features, we’ve also taken care of some bugs we identified on the WhatCounts Platform:

  • Announcements: Does not re-display after clearing cache
  • Articles: ID column sorting alphabetically rather than numerically
  • Deploy Wizard: Cannot set Mailing Type to A/B Test or Automation
  • Campaign Details: “Email Overview to me” reports wrong click rate
  • Subscriber Details: Events do not display in Event tab if large number in db
  • Template Editor: Preview window does not show full length of content

Those are just a few of the updates we’ve made and bugs that have been fixed. We highly encourage you to check out the full notes in the WhatCounts Help Center. As always, if you have any questions, concerns, or feedback, please don’t hesitate to contact your account manager or support@whatcounts.com.
