With new resources and support from its acquisition by OSG, and merger with Windsor Circle, WhatCounts is integrating its technology across all touch points of the customer communication lifecycle. As part of this initiative the WhatCounts team is looking to add a Strategic Account Executive to its growing sales team, to fuel its continued growth.

Strategic Account Executive

We’re looking for a Strategic Account Executive responsible for matching WhatCounts’ software to good-fit eCommerce marketers, at upper mid-market & enterprise retailers. These marketers are smart, busy and constantly getting pitched new products. You must ring clear through the noise and deliver a clear, compelling value proposition through a consultative sales process. This role will give you the opportunity to deliver thought-leadership in the industry, add value to prospects and customers, and replicate the success we’ve seen with the right customers. While location for this positing is flexible, since this Strategic Account Executive will handle the East Coast region, there is a strong preference for being located in Atlanta, GA, Durham, NC, or in the Eastern Time Zone.

What Your Day Could Look Like...

  • Strategize and reach out to the right-fit prospects to discuss adding value to their marketing program
  • Learn more about the customer success we’ve driven for clients and practice telling their stories
  • Sharpen your skills in demonstrating our high-impact platform to retail market
  • Uncover the true challenges that these marketers are trying to solve, and help match them to the appropriate solutions, either ours or others in our partner network
  • Manage customer relationships through onboarding with WhatCounts, and ensure they are in a position to achieve success…your job does not end with the sale!
  • Collaborate with key partners, like FedEx, and their reps to drive win-win outcomes for shared customers
  • Keep up with industry trends and updates, and share value with your growing network of Marketers

  • You have eCommerce or marketing technology sales experience
