Product Manager, Data Science and Integrations

About This Role:

The Data and Integrations Product Manager is a key member of the Product Management team and is responsible for contributing to the vision and roadmap for our Predictive and Customer Data Platform solutions. You’ll work within an agile framework to define functional product and platform requirements, while managing priorities in accordance with key delivery milestones for releases.

Your Mission:

  • To lead the company with your vision of WhatCounts data science focused products. Act as the subject manager expert both internally with coworkers and externally with customers and partners.
  • Work closely with your Product Management peers to integrate our existing advanced segmentation technology with our marketing delivery platform
  • To define and deliver a best in class Customer Data Platform.
  • To master the broader ecosystem of data-focused platforms. Forge partnerships with appropriately-focused technologies.


  • Lead the ideation, development, launch & adoption of your product line.
  • Build and manage product roadmap and get executive buy-in.
  • Engage directly and regularly with customers to develop a solid understanding of their needs.
  • Validate functional requirements and UX design, working with the UX Designer.
  • Test early product, launch and manage Beta programs.
  • Partner with engineering team to curate backlog, plan and priorities sprint stories and deliver the roadmap.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to support creation of customer driven messaging, sales enablement tools and thought leadership materials to execute the go-to market strategy.

  • Strong analytical skills, coupled with a passion for data-focused applications.
  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit; Do whatever it takes to get your products out-the-door and never hesitate to roll up your sleeves.
  • An engineering, computer science or business analysis background, 3+ years in Product Management
  • Experience delivering new products with mass-market adoption.
  • Internalized the art of applying lean product development and continuous improvement principles to arrive at a viable product quickly.
  • Great track record of working with engineering and design teams.
  • Prior experience working with data and/or marketing automation applications is a big plus.
