Digital Production Specialist

Job Summary

The Digital Production Specialist (Full-time) will be working with an innovative team within the Atlanta, Durham or Seattle areas. Be part of a team that is responsible for the creation of a wide variety of digital marketing campaigns within our internal digital agency. This position will work collaboratively with the marketing, creative and implementation teams. These in-house agency teams will provide the creative content and marketing requirements to guide your work. Your expertise with HTML, CSS, and QA skills are the required assets needed for this team!

Core Responsibilities:

  • Build, schedule and QA responsive email creative campaigns and templates in a variety of enterprise level email platforms
  • Work with key stakeholders ensuring deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with agency team to determine scope for new projects and opportunities
  • Manage day-to-day deployment of email campaigns by executing tasks related to audience segmentation, email scheduling and email sending
  • Provide general guidance / knowledge to key stakeholders based on best practices
  • Assist in documentation of internal best practice and process development

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in the email marketing space with a concentration in email production, preferably with large enterprise email platforms
  • Proficient in slicing and optimization of images
  • Solid grasp of the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proven ability to manage projects with exceptional client-service skills
  • Solid knowledge of email technologies, best practices, and industry challenges
  • Experience in front-end web development with strong knowledge of hand-coding HTML and CSS
  • Experience testing and troubleshooting in multiple browsers or email clients with a strong sense of web design and user experience fundamentals
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Impeccable eye for detail, strong organization skills, and (flex)ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Perform other job duties that are assigned

Nice to Haves:

  • Background in graphic design, web design or advertising
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Excel
  • Copywriting experience for marketing campaigns
  • Previous hands on experience with MailChimp, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Watson Marketing, Oracle Bronto, Marketo, Pardot, Cheetah Digital, WordPress, Hubspot, WhatCounts
