Just Released
Label Management
When you’ve sent hundreds of email campaigns, it can be hard to generate detailed reports based on specific elements of or content within those messages. However, it’s something that’s necessary to drill down into what’s working, what’s not, and how to improve.
With the release of the Label Management feature, WhatCounts users will have a solution to this issue. This feature was created to give users the ability to tag elements with labels within new and previous campaigns. It will also empower users to group campaigns and elements together.
The benefits are numerous. Reports can be generated more quickly with far less effort. Users will have the power to filter by specific campaign data, gain high level insights about campaigns, and more quickly find campaigns stored in the WhatCounts platform.
Coming Soon
Email Snapshot
Subscribers often have specific questions about the email messages sent to them. However, it’s hard for WhatCounts users to get their hands on this historical information.
This feature is designed to generate HTML and PNG snapshots of emails that have been sent with the WhatCounts platform. Users can then use this snapshot to understand a subscriber’s detailed send history, as well as what personalized content that subscriber has received.
We created the Email Snapshot feature to ease the burden on our clients’ customer support teams when answering questions from their subscribers about campaign history.
