[Note: Send University is absolutely free to sign up for. If you haven’t done our introductory course yet, it’s strongly advised that you begin there.]

Are you losing subscribers? Have they been less than engaged? In our latest course from Send University, you’ll learn how to create a four-part winback campaign using automation on the WhatCounts platform. This type of campaign is ideal for targeting subscribers on your list(s) who are dormant and/or no longer engaged with your emails.

[Before starting this course, you should have experience creating HTML templates, building segmentations, and a basic understanding of how to use the Automation feature. If you have any difficulty with these features, you can always refer to the Learning Center or contact your Customer Success Manager.]

This winback campaign will target customers who have not opened or clicked on a marketing email in the last 90 days by providing a series of offers that will encourage engagement or new purchasing. If at the end of this series the customer still has not opened or clicked these emails, they’ll be notified of their removal from the mailing list. By running this campaign and removing inactive subscribers, users can expect increased delivery and improved engagement metrics.

This course includes five major steps where you’ll learn how to create segmentation rule, design email creatives, create the automation campaign, activate the campaign, and schedule and deploy. This course also provides both written and visual instruction to help you with every step along the way, so you’ll know exactly what to do when it comes to performing these tasks on our platform.

Sign up to take this course, and start improving your subscriber engagement rates today. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact your account manager or support@whatcounts.com.
