We are pleased to announce that WhatCounts has been acquired by OSG, a leading provider of customer communication management, headquartered in New Jersey. WhatCounts will remain a separate business unit under the continued direction of Chief Marketing Officer, Daniel Caplin, Chief Technology Officer, Bill Donges and Vice President of Sales, Mike Piersa. Scott W. Bernstein, Chairman and CEO of OSG, will serve as the new CEO of WhatCounts.
