Q: How long have you been with WhatCounts?
A: Nine years in November

Q: Where are you from, originally?
A: Atlanta, Ga.

Q: What is your favorite part about being a Senior Services Account Manager?
A: Teaching. To impart knowledge to anyone is great. I always tell my clients after I leave a meeting, “If you have learned one thing today, this meeting was a success.”

Q: What are three things you love to do for fun?
A: Diving, which is always done with my family; traveling, which is done with family or friends; and football – that’s what fall is all about. Go Yellow Jackets and Carolina Panthers!

Q: What is one aspect of yourself that is totally weird?
A: I am not weird! A lot of my friends think it’s weird that I can have a truly intelligent conversation with my mechanic and that he lends me his tools and gadgets to help assist me in getting work done on my 12-year-old Subaru.

Q: If you could give one tip to everyone doing email marketing, what would it be?
A: Specific permission must be granted by someone in order for you to send him or her an email.

Q: What is your LEAST favorite food in the world?
A: Nothing! I love food and I love to eat. I will try most anything – not everything, mind you – but most anything.
