Hotel:

Rooms have been discounted to the $154 group rate (not including taxes).  The cut-off date for the WhatCounts  rooming block is March 22, 2013. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 12pm.  The rooming block is now closed. Both non-smoking King and Two Queen bedding accommodations have been blocked for this group.  Please note that all guestrooms are non-smoking.  For any other requests or inquiries, call the hotel directly by calling (800) 706-2899 or (404) 838-2100.

Transportation:

If you are flying into Atlanta, you can easily catch a cab from the airport. If you don’t mind walking a little, you can also take MARTA directly from the airport. Hop on either the Red or Gold Line going North on MARTA to North Avenue. A one-way ticket is $2.50. Once you exit the station, make a left on Ponce de Leon and then walk up Spring Street to 5th Street. The hotel will be on the corner between Spring and 5th St, near the Barnes and Noble.

During the event, you can hop on a GA Tech Stinger shuttle that stops in front of the hotel. It is free and will take you to local destinations. If you’d like to go further, we recommend Checker Cab or Uber (see special first-time Uber rider Summit promo information below). What else should you know?

Driving Directions to Atlanta Botanical Garden (Opening Reception – April 24th):

Local guests can drive to the event and park in the SAGE Parking Facility. Out of town guests should take a shuttle bus at 6pm. We are meeting in the hotel lobby and will load buses at approximately 6 pm. Please look for Jeff Allen and Kristy Barker.
Address: 1345 Piedmont Avenue NE. Event is being held in Day Hall.
Time: 6:15 pm-10pm. Cocktail hour followed by dinner service at 7pm.
