What We’ll Do

  • List hurdle rate
  • Existing email programs to optimize to overcome list fatigue (frequency, timing, personalization, etc.)

We’ll look at response rate by segment, including:

  • Inactive

We’ll also audit the customer experience from opt-in through opt-out in order to review your email and landing page design. With some clients, we have found that optimizing unsubscribe landing pages can encourage up to 30% of subscribers to opt back in to your list. We’ll identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to increase response rates.
