WhatCounts Unveils Lifecycle Email Marketing Feature

Atlanta, Ga., September 22, 2014—

WhatCounts, Inc., a privately held Atlanta-based email marketing company, today announced it has gone live with its release of drag-and-drop Lifecycle UI workflow on its email marketing platform. The Lifecycle feature gives WhatCounts’ clients the ability to use a drag-and-drop system to launch fully automated, complex, measurable, and powerful customer engagement marketing campaigns.

Lifecycle campaigns are built out to automatically send an email or update data when subscribers interact with the unique criteria marketers have specified. This process, based on triggers and actions, helps marketers reach their subscribers with highly relevant and personalized emails in a timely manner. WhatCounts’ release of lifecycle enables its customers to implement these complex, one-to-one campaigns using a simple user interface. WhatCounts’ customers will be able to monitor engagement, track subscribers’ progress and even edit campaigns as they go along.

“Our release of drag-and-drop lifecycle email marketing UI will allow our clients to target in a precise and timely manner, ensuring that their subscribers are engaged with the emails they are receiving,” said WhatCounts CEO and founder, Allen Nance.

WhatCounts clients will also see the introduction of a new interface for segmenting their subscriber database. The new interface promises to be faster and easier to use, and is also HTML5-friendly, making it more accessible through different browsers.
