Customer Re-Engagement Series

Customer re-engagement emails wake up inactive subscribers.

Since our blog on re-engaging B2B clients using email marketing was so popular, we have decided to extend the post into a series on customer re-engagement within other business realms, as well. Over the next few weeks, we will be addressing how email marketers in the field of B2C and B2B2C can approach new email campaigns to bring back former or inactive customers. We will provide advice on best practices, case studies, and applications that will be of use to those specializing in B2C marketing. With many email marketers gearing up to plan their holiday campaigns, we hope that this series can be an added resource in your arsenal of marketing tools.

As always, we would like to provide relevant information that you will find useful and can apply in your day-to-day tasks in email marketing. Throughout this series, feel free to contribute to the discussion via the comments section at the bottom of each post. We will be more than happy to answer questions, go into more detail, or hear feedback from your experiences on the topic.
